Where do we ship?

We currently ship to the following countries (Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden).

When will my order arrive?

In-stock orders: Products that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days from purchase to Europe

Made-to-order: Our special made-to-order products are coming with a delivery time of 5-6 weeks. If you’re on a tight deadline, drop us a line at info@potato-woodworks.com and we will do our best to rush your order. 

Please note that shipping to remote areas may be subject to longer delivery time.

Return policy

1.1 Goods may not be returned without the prior written agreement of the Seller.

1.2 Subject to sub-Clause 1.4, the Seller shall only accept returned Goods if it is satisfied that those Goods are defective and that such defects would not be apparent on inspection.

1.3 The Seller shall have the option of either replacing defective Goods upon receipt of them or shall refund to the Buyer the Price for those Goods which are defective.

1.4 The Buyer may return any Goods within 14 days of delivery provided that:

(a) the Buyer bears the risk and cost of returning the Goods;

(b) the Buyer indemnifies the Seller against any costs incurred in rectifying any deterioration of the Goods resulting from the Buyer’s incorrect handling or storage of the Goods.

1.5 The Seller shall not be liable for defects arising out of normal wear and tear, the Buyer’s failure to follow any instructions given by the Seller, misuse or alteration of the goods, negligence, wilful damage or any other act of the Buyer, its employees, agents or any other third party.

Customers are obliged to organize and pay for the return shipping. Please note that Potato Woodworks is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return and any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by us.

What if my item is damaged? 

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact info@potato-woodworks.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
